This renovation is stylish and contemporary and was a ton of fun to carry out. The building itself was a neighborhood eyesore and we brought it back to life both inside and out.
Two newly renovated condominiums in central JP. The exterior was reborn with a brick driveway and a gorgeous hardwood garage door, black aluminum clad Jeld-Wen® replacement windows and period appropriate colors and entry doors. On the insider are two new renovation condominiums. Highlights include a dark gloss contemporary stain on the floors, Viking kitchen’s with eating bars, bold bathrooms with textile patterned porcelain tiles and fireplaced living rooms. No.1 is a 2 bed/1.5 bath with a private yard. No.2 is a 3 bedroom/2 bath duplex with multiple decks, garage and a dramatic top floor master suite.
